十全大补汤 Ten Essence Energising Soup (90g)

材料:当归、川芎、白术、平片、园枣、炙甘草、党参、熟地、白芍、北芪、首乌
功效:温气血,帮助缓解手脚冰凉或气血不足等问题

★烹饪方法:把材料洗干净。用烧水把肉类(如排骨、瘦肉等)焯一下。在锅里加入2500ml(浓缩汤的话500ml800ml)清水,放入全部材料,素食者可加香菇、姬松茸、虫草花等。大火煲滚转小火烹饪2小时至3小时(煲3小时会更香更好味)。

*煤气炉约3小时。电磁炉约3小时。电子瓦煲约5小时。气压锅1小时。

★真材实料,新鲜包装。请冷藏保鲜以储存6个月。若不冷藏,请在1周内食用。

★所有显示的重量为大致净重量。


Ingredients: Angelica sinensis, ligusticum striatum, atractylodes macrocephala, poria cocos, black dates, radix glycyrrhizae preparata, condonopsis pilosula, rehmanniae radix preparata, white peony root, radix astragali, shou wu 
Effect: Tonifies Qi and blood, strengthens body
Serving size: 1 to 2 people
Suitable to: 10 to 60 years old

 

How to cook: Wash all ingredients. Blanch meat (e.g. ribs, lean meats) for a few seconds. Add 2500ml (500ml to 800ml for more concentrated soup) water into pot, then add all ingredients. Vegetarians can substitute meats with mushrooms. Cook with high heat until the water boils. Switch to low heat and continue cooking for 2 to 3 hours (3 hours are highly recommended for better fragrance and taste).

*Gas cooker around 3 hours. Induction cooker around 3 hours. Slow cooker around 5 hours. Pressure cooker around 1 hour.

Real ingredients, freshly packed. Keep refrigerated to store for up to 6 months. If the product is not refrigerated, please consume within 1 week.
